All-Star Bench Terms of Service

By using All-Star Bench ("Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by 410 LLC ("we", "us").

1. Service Description

All-Star Bench is an AI-powered advisory service. You get access to AI advisors, chat sessions, structured advisory briefs ("Rally the Bench"), weekly summaries ("Weekly Heartbeat"), decision memory, a dedicated hosted environment, and an agent email address (@allstarbench.com).

2. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. The advisors are AI personas built on published and, in some cases, privately shared material from real individuals. They are not the real people. Unless explicitly designated as an "Official All-Star," the advisors are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or built in collaboration with any real individual. Official All-Star advisors were built with direct participation from the named individual, but all advisory output remains AI-generated and subject to the same limitations described above. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Billing

The Service costs $200/month, billed monthly via Stripe (credit/debit card). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing support@allstarbench.com.

Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription does not auto-renew after cancellation.
No prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
After your billing period ends, your data (chat history, memos, decision memory) and agent email address are deleted.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for extended outages. Contact support@allstarbench.com.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; access other users' data; reverse-engineer the Service; resell or share account access; use bots or scrapers; interfere with Service infrastructure; or misrepresent AI responses as advice from real individuals.

7. Your Content

You own what you submit. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Your data is stored on a dedicated server during your subscription and deleted upon deprovisioning after cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, AI personas, branding, and content are ours. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on AI-generated content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. No refund is issued for termination for cause.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
