All-Star Bench Privacy Policy

All-Star Bench is operated by 410 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the website at allstarbench.com and the All-Star Bench service. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Payment information. When you subscribe, your payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Agent configuration. When you set up your AI advisor, we store the agent name and email address you choose.
Chat messages. Messages you send to your AI advisors are processed by our AI infrastructure to generate responses. Conversations are stored on your dedicated server.
Usage data. We collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To provision and operate your dedicated AI advisor service
- To send transactional emails (welcome email, billing notifications)
- To monitor service availability and troubleshoot issues
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your chat messages to train AI models.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following providers as necessary to operate the service:

Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your subscription is active.
- Chat messages are stored on your dedicated server and deleted when your subscription ends and the server is deprovisioned.
- Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their data retention policy and applicable tax/legal requirements.
5. Data Security
Your AI advisor runs on a dedicated, isolated server. Chat data is not shared between customers. We use encrypted connections, per-customer server isolation, and restricted access controls to protect your data. Only your authorized accounts can communicate with your agents.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Access your data by contacting us
- Delete your account and data by cancelling your subscription (server and data are deprovisioned) or by emailing us
- Export your chat history by contacting support
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session cookies via Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and privacy-preserving — it does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
8. Children
All-Star Bench is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
